Co-Ordinator HR - Recruitment (7 months FTC)
PURPOSE:
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative and coordination support for the Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) Graduate Recruitment Programme. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth execution of all recruitment-related activities, enabling a positive candidate experience and supporting the successful intake of top graduate talent across the business.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Screening & Candidate Support - coordinate initial application screening and shortlisting, video interviews, and skills assessments. Manage communication with graduate candidates regarding interview scheduling, feedback, onboarding, and offer processes.
- Stakeholder & Panel Support - liaise with line managers, HRBPs, to coordinate interviews. Schedule and conduct interviews. Ensure documentation such as interview guides, evaluation forms, and shortlists are prepared and distributed on time.
- Onboarding & Compliance – initiate onboarding on Success Factors. Ensure all onboarding steps are aligned to policy and audit requirements.
- Graduate Assessments - support the planning and scheduling of graduate assessments such as medicals, background checks, psychometrics etc.
- Graduate Recruitment Administration - coordinate and maintain accurate tracking of applications across internal and external platforms, including universities, career portals, and social media. Track and maintain recruitment matrix for daily reporting - Dashboards. Regret unsuccessful candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- NQF level 4 Matric or Grade 12
- A National Diploma (minimum 240 credits) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with recruitment platforms
