The incumbent of this position will be responsible for providing all sales administrative support to the KINTO regional sales team to ensure an effective sales process nationally. This will be achieved by actively optimizing dealer and internal sales functions, to ensure we achieve an efficient dealer sales process and an enhanced customer journey experience.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

 

Sales Administration

  • Provide admin and planning support to the sales department
  • Support the SRM with sales quotations and customer proposal preparation
  • Prepare quote templates which need to be presented to prospects
  • Manage all complex quotes which need intervention outside the system parameters
  • Follow up on conversion of quotes
  • Coordinate and update of the sales report and monthly report preparation
  • Assist with input into dealer bulletins and communication

Order Management

  • Manage and maintain optimal order conversions
  • Manage customer orders and stock pipeline management
  • Support the SRM with order pipeline management
  • Coordinate sourcing of stock and allocation

Dealer Liaison

  • Manage dealer / KINTO enquiry process
  • Manage and maintain optimal order conversions
  • Support dealers with finalizing of KINTO deals on E-Toyota One
  • Liaise with suppliers for SVR fitments
  • Management dealer network and internal communication
  • Monitor dealer performance versus set targets
  • Monitor and manage dealer sales activity to measure support and lack of support
  • Manage quote activity to understand conversion ratios

Order Management           

  • Manage and maintain optimal order conversions
  • Manage all complex quotes which need intervention outside of the system
  • Prepare quote templates which need to be presented to prospects
  • Feedback into stock meeting to ensure all future opportunities are able to be fulfilled
  • Identify and action improvement areas
  • Effective communication and feedback to dealer network, including sales dealer bulletins
  • Preparations and presentation of Stock Obeya meetings

 

Leads Management 

  • Handle product enquiries from potential customers
  • Process customer leads
  • Coordinate customer events for lead generation
  • Follow up on dealer leads and conversions

Contracts Management

  • Engaging with customers post sign-up to ensure their KINTO One contract is fully understood
  • Handle Master Rental Agreement queries
  • Assist customers with MyToyotaFleet onboarding
  • Coordinate end of contract vehicle de-fleeting and replacement
  • Proactive customer care and interaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • NQF Level 5 (Minimum 240 credits on level 8 framework) qualification in Business & Supply Chain Management or related
  • Analytics or Supply Chain background (minimum of 5 years)
  • SAP knowledge and experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Kinto one Process
  • System knowledge ET1 & Miles 
  • Automotive industry knowledge and experience - Essential
  • High degree of computer literacy – Essential
  • Excel Advanced – Essential
