Purpose                                             

A vacancy exists in TALA Dealer School which is part of the Sales & Dealer Network Division based in Johannesburg. This position reports to TALA’s Manager: Sales & Product Training

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

 

  • Design, develop, and quality assure online product and projects training material
  • Facilitate brand ambassador training in preparation of various exhibitions
  • Develop training material for various product and sales roadshows
  • Facilitate product training and assessments for dealer sales executives
  • Develop Skills Olympiad Competition questionnaires related to Product, Business and Sales strategies
  • Generate monthly reports relevant to training outcomes

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • NQF Level 5 (Minimum 240 credits on level 8 framework) relevant qualification
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the creative writing environment
  • 2-3 years in the Sales and Product environment (Motor industry advantageous)
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office package – advanced)
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence software platforms
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Will be required to travel
