A vacancy exists in TALA Dealer School which is part of the Sales & Dealer Network Division based in Johannesburg. This position reports to TALA’s Manager: Sales & Product Training

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

 

  • Design, develop, and quality assure online product training material
  • Facilitate brand ambassador training in preparation of various exhibitions
  • Develop training material for various product and sales roadshows
  • Facilitate soft skill and product training and assessments for dealer sales executives
  • Develop National Skills Competition questionnaires related to Product, Business and Sales strategies
  • Conduct regional Skills Competition assessments
  • Design and develop content for special projects as required
  • Generate and monitor project plans relevant area of responsibility
  • Generate monthly reports relevant to training outcomes

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

  • Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification (e.g., Business Administration).
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ relevant experience within the Sales environment
  • Experience/ exposure as a Training Facilitator
  • Qualified Assessor and Moderator (advantageous)
  • 2-3 years in the Motor industry with good understanding of the Sales and product environment
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office package – advanced)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • May be required to travel
