Assistant Mngr Procurement & Marketing
Job Title: Assistant Manager Procurement Sales (Stock) & Marketing Division: KINTO
Band Level: 8/9 Location: Sandton
Reporting to the Manager: Procurement Sales (Stock) & Marketing, this role is integral to ensuring operational excellence by optimising fleet utilisation, supporting high-impact marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and delivering accurate reporting, governance, and continuous improvement that contribute to KINTO's performance and strategic growth.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Coordinate sales stock to ensure optimal vehicle availability through effective allocation, forecasting, utilisation monitoring and inventory reporting to support business demand.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and brand initiatives that drive lead generation, strengthen brand visibility and align with business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, manage project timelines and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Support accurate reporting, maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- NQF 5 level qualification (240 credits - level 8 framework) A qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- 4 to 6 years' experience in the fleet, automotive, mobility, or vehicle rental industry.
- Experience in marketing execution, sales performance support, and business reporting.
- Strong knowledge of fleet utilization, marketing analytics, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
