Contractor Sales Coord Maint & Projects
A reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Projects Team Member who supports the planning and completion of repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements. Contributes to project coordination, follows safety and quality standards, and works collaboratively to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to specification.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Attend to call outs on e-service Now.
- Assess the breakdown/callout.
- Do repair and/ or call a contractor.
- Create Purchase Enquiry Forms (PEF’s).
- Validate Commercial Evaluations.
- Send documents for PR and PO, or
- Create Project Justifications (PJ’s)
- Send documents for WBS and PO.
- E-Service Now monitoring for Maintenance calls daily.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Liaise with guests.
- Monitor services rendered and provide feedback.
- Queries, phone, email, WhatsApp, twitter, call centers.
- File reports on suppliers’ Job Cards.
- Adherence to strict deadlines.
- Maintaining office systems and processes.
- Be familiar with SHE requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 Literacy and Numeracy or appropriate ABET level.
- Handyman knowledge, plumbing, electrical, or building experience required.
- Construction Planning experience with Project management experience required.
