Senior Manager Sales Automark
Reporting to the General Manager: Automark & Value Chain, this position will focus on continuing to grow sales volumes and strengthen the Automark brand in collaboration with the Toyota dealer network . In addition, you will have responsibility for co-ordinating and driving value chain business throughout the company. This position forms part of the Sales & Marketing Group and is based in Johannesburg.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Automark sales volume: agree and set annual and medium-term volumes and roll out annual dealer targets.
Manage and expand the Automark brand and marketing strategy.
National and regional market analysis to understand market trends.
Automark stock management: set standards, parameters, visualize, report and implement actions.
Customer experience; target setting, performance measurement and implementation of appropriate action plans to support.
CI standards: ensure compliance with field teams.
Support TSAM value chain growth initiatives through the growth of used car sales as well as overall co-ordnation of activities across the sales & marketing group.
Drive sales growth and support dealer profitability and customer retention together with the NDAC & Automark sub-committee.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
NQF Level 6 (360 credits - 8 level framework) qualification in Marketing or related qualification.
Relevant motor industry experience minimum of 8 years, preferably in used cars.
Experience in working closely with dealers and dealer sales teams and leading implementation of strategies across the national network.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach, communicate and engage people at all levels of seniority (Top + Executive management).
Systems, Data analysis and BI knowledge for report automation and visualization.
Sound business acumen to support strategic initiatives aligned to growth of the Automark brand.
